We are a privately held firm that partners with veterinary clinics that are dedicated to improving pet health and wellness. Our goal is to build a full-cycle ecosystem that can improve both health outcomes for pets, and customer experiences across an animal's lifetime.
be-pets was founded in 2023. Combining over 40 years of experience in M&A, operations management, and digital transformation, along with extensive industry relationships, the pet care industry is where we see significant opportunities to improve animal welfare whilst augmenting operational processes.

We aim to build a business through acquisitions that will generate at least US$15m in EBITDA per annum. This targets opportunities globally with scope to scale in APAC. We believe the data and wider synergies this will create, will help generate better customer and animal outcomes alike.

OPERATING EXPERIENCE
Our interest is realising operational improvements that can be funnelled back into better pet care.
This includes supporting our businesses operationally: from recruiting veterinary staff through to improving customer and pet experiences alike via an omnichannel platform. Our goal is to offer centralised functions that help improve operational performance, without compromising the control of our businesses to lead-from-the-front.
We also have an advanced analytics platform that understands customer behaviour towards a particular brand or centre - which can be used to guide owners on pet-owner concerns, whilst providing business intelligence on market developments.
